When Listing:

Option 1) I will provide you with a current market analysis to determine the best listing price with you. List your home on the MLS, Zillow, Realtor.com, Trulia, Redfin, Motovo, Homesnap, Local Realtor sites, Local Real Estate Firm sites, and More. It is important to add as much appeal to your home as possible. Professional Pictures will always be taken. I will provide a Supra Lock Box, to allow safe agent access for scheduled showings. A Professional Yard Sign will also provided. When you are made an offer, I will negotiate with other agents, and prepare all needed documents. I want your selling process to go as easy and stress free as possible.

 

Option 2) You have the opportunity to list your home for a flat $999 fee. Urban RE is Oklahoma's Premier Flat Fee Brokerage. For $999, similar to Option 1, your home will be listed on the MLS, Zillow, Realtor.com, Trulia, Redfin, Motovo, Homesnap, Local Realtor sites, Local Real Estate Firm sites, and More. You will also receive Professional Pictures, a Supra Lock Box, and a Professional Yard Sign. Urban RE and myself specialize in providing all the tools and support needed for you to successfully sell your own home, saving you thousands in the process. We will provide you with a current market analysis, negotiation help, and document preparation help.

 When Purchasing:

I will listen to every requirement you have, and you will be updated with a personal MLS link to visually access all properties available with the requested criteria. I will always be honest and give knowledgeable market advice and values. If needed, I can provide you with a list of Lenders, Home Inspectors, Title, Insurance, Moving, Home Warranty Companies, Etc. When placing your offer, I will prepare all documents and schedule needed inspections. You will be given estimates of your monthly payment and closing costs before hand as well. If treatment, repairs, or replacements are needed, we will organize data and costs to negotiate how the issues can be resolved. Keeping in constant communication with the lender, title company, and the seller's agents is also very important to me.
