If you are designing a home from scratch or simply needing help picking out new shower tile, I can help.
During the design process, we will work together to develop a complete plan. We will discuss your architectural style, floor plan options, all your needs, and wants in a home, etc. We will create a portfolio of exactly what you want; while also taking into consideration building costs, community/ neighborhood requirements/ restrictions, etc. I take each job personally, and I want to provide my clients with quality work and respect that cannot be matched. Final plans will be completed and printed at Jay Holman Design and Drafting. When finished you will have plans for Foundation, Floor, Electrical, Roof, and Elevation.
